The terms for using this website.
Short, and about this site only. Your care, your costs and your consent are agreed with the practice directly, not by reading a page.
These terms cover reading these pages and sending us your details through the contact form. They are not a treatment agreement and not a financial agreement. Nothing here limits anything you are entitled to as a patient.
What the information here is
The clinical pages on this site are patient education. They describe how we think about endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids and the operations we perform, and they are written by our surgeons. They are general, and they are not advice about you.
Reading this site does not make you our patient, and sending the contact form does not either. That begins at a consult. Until we have taken your history and looked at your imaging, we do not know anything about your situation, and nothing on these pages should be treated as though we do.
Please do not delay seeing a doctor, or stop a treatment someone has prescribed, because of something you read here. If you think you have an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency department. This website is not monitored, and neither is the contact form outside office hours.
Fees
We publish our significant prices because we think patients should be able to see them before they call. Those figures are current when published and they can change.
The published figures are our professional fee. The hospital bills separately for the facility, anesthesia, laboratory work and imaging, and those are not ours to quote. Where a figure is given as an average or a range, the exact fee for your operation depends on its complexity and is quoted to you at or after your consult. A price on this page is not itself a quote.
Outcomes
Where this site describes results, it describes what we have seen across the patients we have treated. Surgery is not certain, and nothing here is a promise about what will happen to you. What we can tell you about your own likely outcome, we will tell you at your consult, including when the honest answer is that we are not sure or that an operation is not what you need.
The contact form
Please send contact details only. The form is not a secure channel for medical information, which is why it asks for a way to reach you and nothing about your health, and why the note field is short. What happens to what you send is described on ourprivacy page.
Please do not use the form for anything urgent. If we cannot deliver your message, the page will tell you so at the time and ask you to call instead, but a delivered message is still only read during office hours.
Links to other sites
We link to hospitals and other organizations where it is useful. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's website, under their terms and their privacy policy, and we do not control what is there.
The content itself
The writing, photography, diagrams and design on this site belong to the practice or are licensed to it. You are welcome to read it, print it, and share a link to it, including with another doctor. Please do not republish it as your own.
If you are a patient or an advocacy group and you want to use something here, ask us. The answer is usually yes.
Changes, and where this applies
We update this site often, and these terms change with it. This page was last updated onAugust 17, 2026. The practice operates in Massachusetts and these terms are governed by Massachusetts law.
